Kambua Marks Late Son’s 1st Birthday: “You are forever loved”
Gospel singer Kambua Manundu took to social media on Friday, February 12 to celebrate her second son’s birthday.
In an emotional post, the singer could not hide her love for baby Malachi who passed away a few days after his birth.

Kambua shared a beautiful cake scribbled with her son’s name. She followed the photo series with a sweet caption that was filled with love and compassion.
According to Kambua, she would have wished to hold her son but was convinced he is doing well in heaven.
“Happy 1st birthday in heaven my precious Malachi ???. We’d have loved to hold you close today, but I know Jesus and the angels have smothered you with so much love and that gives us peace. You are forever loved ♾?,” Kambua wrote.

Taking to her post, Kambua’s fans and fellow celebrities took to the comment section to celebrate the life of baby Malachi.
Some also took the moment to condole with the gospel singer.

Kambua Announces Son’s Death
On February 15 2021, Kambua took to her Instagram page to announce her son’s death.
He was only days old when he breathed his last.
“What a privilege it has been carrying a life yet again. My little baby boy Malachi made a grand entrance into the world a few days ago. He was everything we hoped for, and more, much more. Perfect in every way. Malachi knew how much he was loved, and so he did all he could to stay with us. With the help of a most dedicated team of doctors & nurses, our little baby fought, until Jesus healed him by taking him to Himself,” wrote the singer.
