Woman Unaware of Own Divorce

A report by Daily Mail states that Rachpal and Kewal Randhawa were married at Slough registry office, Berkshire, in 1978.

The couple is said to have separated in 2009 but they continued attending family functions as husband and wife.

During their separation, Rachpal is said to have been involved with another woman with whom he sired a kid.

His estranged wife, Kewal Randhawa was unaware that her husband had remarried.

A family court judge was forced to reverse their divorce after ruling that the woman’s signature had been forged and was not aware of the divorce proceedings.

Judge Moradifar nullified the decree which was filed in 2010 noting that the man was the only person with the opportunity and motive to ensure that the divorce proceeded without difficulties.

It is reported that the man had married another woman in 2011 without his wife’s knowledge.

In other news, socialite Corazon Kwamboka announced she is single months after welcoming her second baby with fitness coach Frankie Kiarie.
