A form one student has written to his principal informing him of his decision to drop out of school.

In the hilarious letter shared by Tanzanian blogger Millard Ayo, the student identified as Taufiq Salum Hamis said he was no longer interested in learning.

Student’s Hilarious Letter

The student who comes from Msambati Highschool in Tanzania said he had made the decision without the influence of anybody.

“Shule imenishinda Mimi basi kusoma, sitaki kusoma nimeamua kutokana na hali yangu mwenyewe hajanishawishi Mtu yoyote nimeamua Mimi mwenyewe, Mimi Shule basi sio utani ni kweli naondoka, sina nia mbaya,” read part of the latter.

Hamis made it clear that he was not leaving the school maliciously but was only doing what he felt is good for him.

According to Ayo, he was quitting school to focus on fishing in his home area.
