Lulu Hassan Announces New Drama Series Dubbed ‘Sultana’

-Lulu Hassan has revealed the name of her new drama series which is set to premiere on Citizen TV 

-According to a post on her social media pages, Sultana will be premiering soon on the local channel

-She also made it known that Swahili Drama will not be returning for season 3

Citizen TV news anchor Lulu Hassan has announced there will be a new drama series that is set to feature on TV soon.

In a short snippet video shared on her social media, the Swahili drama series dubbed Sultana will air on Citizen TV.

According to the video on Lulu’s page, Sultana features new actors and actresses. It is such a vibe though.

Sultana is a product of Lulu and her hubby Rashid Abdalla’s production company Jiffy pictures.

“S U L T A N A. #Sultana @citizentvkenya @jiffypictures,” she captioned the video.

The Swahili news anchor did not reveal the actual date the series Sultana is set to premiere on Citizen TV.

In the comment section, Lulu revealed that there was not going to be a Maria season two.
A fan identified as @jacklinemndungu asked:

She responded:

With Sultana coming to our screens soon, it is not clear on the future of Zora which airs from Monday to Friday at 7:30pm.
Speculations are rife that Sultana is coming to replace the most-watched Swahili drama.
