Kenyan Woman Conned While Buying Cooking Oil, Claims She Was Sold Water

A Kenyan woman has since gone viral after claiming she was sold water instead of the currently expensive cooking oil.
Taking to social media, the woman who is identified as June Namwano said that she had found a cheaper deal where she bought the 20 litres cooking oil at KSh 5,000 which is currently retailing at KSh 6,000.

According to Namwano, she had purchased the oil for her sister only to realize she had bought water instead of oil on reaching home.
“I decided to buy cooking oil for my sister because everyone is complaining about the commodity’s soaring price. KSh 5k was a good price and I wanted to surprise my sister. On getting to the house. see what I found. Just see my life,” narrated the frustrated Kenya woman.

Kenyan Woman Cries for Help
In the video, the Kenyan woman poured out the contents of the 20-litre container only for water to come out.
“Pure water. Kenyans, you will finish me. My money has gone, please help me,” she cried for help.
