Kenyan businesswoman and singer Esther Akoth alias Akothee has advised new parents to keep their children from social media.
In posts on her social media pages, the single mother of five lamented how the microblogging platforms are filled with witchcraft and witches.

Akothee shared a screenshot of a conversation with one of her children asking her to take down her Instagram account.
The self-proclaimed president of single mothers said she regrets introducing her innocent children to the ungrateful online society.
“The mistake I will leave to regret, Introducing my innocent children to the mean Internet, full of witchcraft, Witches from All corners of the world. To me, I thought it was wonderful sharing my life to uplift or motivate someone, at the expense of my family’s privacy! Shit ! I would advise new parents to keep off their children from this mess of social media,” wrote Akothee.

Akothee Promises to Keep Her Love Life off Social Media
According to the singer, she already feels the heat and swore to keep off her love life from social media.
“And for that reason soon my love life will be off social media. I already feel the heat and I will have to find a way to forgive myself for hurting my family ?I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS HOME ?,” added Akothee.
Akothee’s advice comes just days after she advised celebrities to live within their means and stop choking themselves.
The Rollam hitmaker said she was embarrassed by how those in her field are trying to prove they are rich as their fans watch.
“They choking themselves and making fools of themselves while fans are watching ????I am embarrassed on their behalf. Kal polis ?? The way pipo are struggling off cameras is annoying compared to what is on camera! Omo live your life! This pipo are acting,don’t kill yourself ooh,” she wrote.
