Jada Pinkett Smith’s History With Alopecia Revealed After Chris Rock’s Shave Joke

Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith was the center of attraction at the Oscars 2022 awards after host Chris Rock joked about her hair.

Following the altercation between Will Smith and Chris, it has been revealed that the 50-year-old actress has been battling a condition known as Alopecia.

The awards presenter looked at Jada and joked that he could not wait for G.1 Jane 2 mocking her lack of hair which is believed that he was reminiscing of Demi Moore in the 1997 film G.I. Jane.

The actress has been open in the past about suffering from alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss.

The hair joke angered her 53-year-old husband who took to the stage and slapped Chris Rock.

Taking back to his seat, the 53-year-old yelled back at Chris and asked him to put his wife’s name out of his mouth.

“Keep my wife’s name out your f***ing mouth,” yelled Will Smith.

Jada Pinkett Smith Open’s up on Battling Alopecia

Jada first opened up about her condition during a 2018 episode of her Facebook Watch show the Red Table Talk.

The actress revealed that she had found a way to reduce hair loss.

“I am getting my little steroid injections, and they seem to be helping, but not curing, but they seem to be helping, but I am open to other ideas,’ Jada revealed.
