Uhuru In Stitches After Governor’s Speech Goes Missing
President Uhuru Kenyatta was left in stitches on Monday, February 7 after Embu Governor Martin Wambora forgot his speech in CS Mutahi Kagwe’s car.
Drama started when Wambora who also doubles up as the Council of Governor’s chair was invited to give his speech on Universal Health Coverage.

Uhuru in Tears
The county boss started by warming up the crowd and later went to his back pocket and fished out a crumpled speech saying he wanted to share the message from the other Governors.
On starting to read the speech, he realised that this was a speech he led during a previous event.
“On behalf of the Council of Governors, I take this opportunity to express my pleasure to be part of this national launch… From the onset, ehhh, your Excellency his ni ile nilisoma kule,” said Wambora.

Uhuru and Mombasa Governor were uncontrollable as they burst into laughter.
The governor could be seen rushing back to a bag under his seat and ruffled through his bag but came up empty-handed.
“Hiyo ingine nilisahau kwa gari ya Minister for Health lakini ni sawa…” added Wambora.
He then mumbled a few words and left the stage. Joho and his Kisumu counterpart could be seen trying to make fun of him.
