Actress Jackie Matubia Reveals Ex-Hubby Left Her With Nothing

Former Zora actress Jackie  Matubia has opened up on what transpired after separation with her first baby daddy.

Speaking during a one-on-one interview with Diana Marua, Matubia revealed that things were tough since she was left with an empty house and penniless.

According to the beauty, she had to buy a mattress for her and her daughter since their house was totally empty.

Matubia revealed that at the time her baby daddy left, she had no job and was trying to scout for one.

“It was a very tough time and by then I was just at home since I had no job and I could look around me and it was just an empty house with nothing,” she revealed.

The soon-to-be mother of two said she had to be strong for her daughter as she wanted to give her the best.

According to Matubia, she at one point sunk into depression while trying to get a job after giving birth.

“The child came, now I am ready to go back to work. The baby’s going to 5 months but that’s when I got a crazy depression. I used to cry on a daily basis. You go for auditions but guys don’t want to hire you cause they know where I used to work (at Tahidi High). And those people paid well. So the guys auditioning you don’t want to pay that.”

The lass encouraged people to stop waiting for handouts and instead look for something to do.

 “I do three jobs when I wake up at 5 am and I am pregnant and you are still waiting for Matubia to give you money, do something,” added Matubia.
