Eric Omondi Exposed For Failing To Pay Designer Over KSh 340K

Your favourite and ‘richest’ comedian Eric Omondi is in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons this time around.
Following the recent expose by his designer, it leaves me wondering if he is just clout chasing or is actually broke.

The funnyman was exposed by her designer Melina Gold for failing to pay for her services.
According to the screenshots sent to blogger Edgar Obare, Melina accused Omondi of failing to pay her since September 2021.
“Hey Edgar, I need your help with a good friend of mine Eric Omondi… He has my debt from last year September which he has been taking us in rounds,” revealed Melina.
The stylist said she has been trying to cover the comedian from public shame despite him being in a lot of debts.
According to Melina, Eric owed her and her partner money amounting to KSh 424K and after a lot of back and forth, he paid KSh 100k and now owes her KSh 339K.
“He owed me KSh 424,400 at the time so ikabaki 324,400 plus akaongeza other debts of KSh 8,500 and 7,000 (nguo yake ya birthday which he had pleaded for a discount ju hana doo) so sai my debt is KSh 339,900,” she told Obare.
Eric Omondi Responds
The comedian denied the allegations levelled against him in a chat with Obare. Eric claimed that the lady had overcharged him for nine costumes and sent him an invoice worth KSh 470k.
“Wassup Edgar. I honestly don’t think I owe her money. I have worked with her very well for a long time and I always pay her. We only encountered a problem when she sent me an invoice of KSh 470K for these 9 squid games track suits. So I felt she was taking advantage of me. I paid her 100K which I think is stil alot,” said the comedian.
