Talented Kameme FM Presenter Benson Gathungu alias Muthee Kiengei has taken to his social media to advise the faithful who pay churches for healing.
In a post on his Facebook page, Kiengei who also doubles up as a pastor made it clear that those seeking healing should not be so desperate.

Muthee Kiengei asked his followers why one has to pay for healing yet they know the doors to the hospitals leaving the blame on those who have been conned in church.
“Why Pay for Healing in the church and yet you know the Hospital, Hata nyinyi mnajigongeshaga mkitaka,” asked Kiengei.
The man of God further questioned why the faithful never go for the sacrament in hospitals.
“Do you go to the hospital for Sacrament?? The answer is No…. Don’t take a swollen Leg to the church it’s treated in the hospital,” added the man of God.

A Facebook user identified as Nelly Destiny questioned:
“Then why do we go to church if we can’t pray for healing??and why would a pastor con a sick person instead of encouraging them?”
Another user known as Akeshi Kunga commented:
“I don’t have any problem with prayers because our God is the great physician and He is also Jehovah Rapha.,,but my greatest problem is payment for prayers. Otherwise, God heals.”
Regina Njoroge wrote:
“It’s also good to note that a sick person can do everything that promises healing, illnesses bring a lot of desperation and it’s that desperation that criminal pastors take advantage of.”
