Responding on the relationship between his dad and the mom, the screenwriter said his father does not know and neither does he.

The South Africa based screenwriter acknowledged Louis as his biological father but insisted he did not know him.

“I considered responding to your ask with a gif of Keke Palmer ‘not knowing that man’ -or Mariah STILL not knowing ‘her’. Because that is the truth you’ve asked for my thoughts on someone whom I don’t know. I know he is genetically my father – but I do not know this man,” read part of Miami’s statement.

Miami said he did not expect anything to change even after making the public request but acknowledged that, indeed, Lous meant many things to many people.

“In fact, for years, only a handful of people knew he was my father… Louis made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with me. I struggled with that, it hurt in the most unthinkable ways,” added Miami.

According to  Miami, Louis was a trash father who did not care if he lived.

He also revealed that his father did everything in his power to punish his mother and him as proxy just because she asked for help.

“Louis meant many things to many people, I understand that. To me? Louise was a trash father who did not care if I lived or died,” I was a child. On the virtue of that alone, I deserved better,” added an angry Miami.
