Taking to her Instagram stories, the Keroche heiress took her time to advise those seeing to find love to do away with anything that reminds them of their ex.
According to Anerlisa, throwing away anything that reminds people of their exes is the first step into making one forget their past.

“If you want your partner to completely forget their exes, is by first removing and replacing anything they ever left in that house,” wrote Anerlisa Muigai.
The Keroche heiress said that doing away with the belongings earns the person respect from their partner as they feel they have the power of replacement.
“Your partner will even respect you more because they will see you have the same power of replacement,” added Anerlisa.
Anerlisa made it clear that she is one person who can’t stand seeing anything bought to her by ex-lover’s. Could she be talking about Ben Pol?
“I am that person who can’t even stand seeing a even a handkerchief bought by an ex laying around lol,” she added.
